What's your take on this photograph? Invisibility of personal identity?
ReplyDeletethe fetishized violence -- these wierd stylized pictures of women with hoods on, with teeth bleeding out of their mouths, face down in dirt, etc. -- make me SO uncomfortable! maybe i'm missing the point. it would make me more uncomfortable if the artist were a man and less uncomfortable if men were subjects of some of the shots.
ReplyDeleteI really want to go to this show this weekend o sunday. I was looking through time out todya and there are sooo many shows in chelsea and other art galleries. I am definitely going to go hunting this weekend.
ReplyDeleteHello, be good friends with me, yeah?
